Predator Motor Corporation Limited Warranty
Predator Motor Corporation
hereby warrants that new Predator Motor Corporation Vehicles purchased from and authorized Predator Motor Corporation dealer in the continental United States will be free from defects in material
and workmanship for the period of time stated herein, subject to certain limitations.
The Period of the Warranty for Predator Motor Corporation vehicles shall be (3) months from the date of purchase,
with no mileage limitations.
Models Excluded from Warranty include those used for non-Predator Motor Corporation authorized renting, leasing, or other commercial purposes.
During the Period of Warranty any authorized Predator Motor Corporation vehicle dealer will free of charge repair or
replace, at Predator Motor Corporation's option, any part adjudged defective by Predator Motor Corporation due to
faulty workmanship or material from the factory. Parts used in warranty repairs will be warranted for the balance of
the product's warranty period. All parts replaced under warranty become property of Predator Motor Corporation.
General Exclusions from this warranty shall include any failures caused by:
1. Competition or racing use
2. Installation of parts or accessories that are not qualitatively equivalent to genuine
Predator Motor Corporation parts
3. Abnormal strain, neglect or abuse
4. Lack of proper maintenance
5. Accidental or collision damage
6.Modification to original parts
7. Damage due to improper transportation
Specific Exclusions from this warranty shall include parts replaced due to normal wear or routine maintenance; such as spark plugs, oil, oil filter, air filter and brake shoes.
The Customer's Responsibility under this warranty shall be to:
1. Operate and maintain the Predator Motor Corporation vehicle as specified on the appropriate Operator's
Manual, and
2. Give notice to and authorized Predator Motor Corporation vehicle dealer of any and all apparent defects
within seven (7) days after discovery, and make the machine available at the time for inspection and repairs
at such dealer's place of business.
Warranty Transfer:
To transfer the warranty from the original purchaser to any subsequent purchaser(s), it is imperative that the
Predator Motor Corporation vehicle be inspected and registered for warranty by an authorized Predator Motor
Corporation vehicle dealer. In order for this warranty to remain in effect, this inspection and registration must take
place within ten (10) days after transfer of ownership to subsequent purchaser. A reasonable dealer imposed fee may be charged for this inspection
Emission Control System Warranty
Predator Motor Corporation also wants to warrant to the initial purchaser and each subsequent purchaser of each
2007 and later Predator Motor Corporation vehicle covered by this warrant that the vehicle is designed, built and
equipped so as to conform at the time of sale with all U.S. emissions standards applicable at the time of
manufacture and that it is free from defects in materials and workmanship which would cause it not to meet these
standards within the period listed immediately below. Failures other than those resulting from defects in material or
workmanship which arise solely as a result of owner abuse and/or lack of proper maintenance are not covered by this warranty.
All Models
Thirty (30) months from the original purchase date.
PREDATOR MOTOR CORPORATION MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHICH EXCEED THE
OBLIGATIONS AND TIME LIMITS STATED IN THE WARRANTY ARE HERBY DISCLAIMED BY PREDATOR MOTOR CORPORATION AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITAIONS ON HOW LONG AND IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. ALSO EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY ARE MANY INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVE YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
